Commercial Investment Real Estate is the flagship publication of the CCIM Institute, an international association that confers the elite Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Published bimonthly, CIRE provides in-depth analyses of current industry trends, interviews with successful real estate professionals, and insightful columns on topics including taxes, legal issues, market trends, regional markets, technology, success strategies, and real-estate-related products and services.

CIRE reaches a targeted readership of about 15,000 sophisticated commercial investment real estate professionals. More than 90 percent of our readers are designees or candidates of the CCIM program, which requires a series of classes in finance, marketing, leasing, and decision analysis, in addition to experiential requirements.

A typical CIRE reader is president of his/her firm, is involved primarily in brokerage, has been involved in commercial investment real estate for 15 years or more, and makes primary buying decisions.
